Title: Apricot Butter Cookies

4cFlour
1/2tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1cDried apricots
2 1/4cSugar; divided
1 2/3cButter; or margarine, softnd
2lgEggs
1/3cMilk
2tbOrange flavored liqueur
1 1/2cWalnuts; chopped

Heat oven to 375~. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Pulse apricots adn 1/4 cup sugar in food processor until chopped fine. Set aside. Beat butter and remaining 2 cups sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and liqueur; beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture, then apricots and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 mins. until golden. Cool on wire racks.
